* Print Operator

Utilize your inserter operations & laser printing background in a fast-growing company. We are expanding our team in our Sacramento, CA Operations Center on our day shift, Monday through Friday with working one Saturday a month. This shift is from 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.

This is a work onsite opportunity at our Sacramento, CA location. 

The Inserter Operator/Laser Print Operator will be responsible for printing/processing invoices and statements on high-speed laser printers and automated inserting equipment. You will also help prepare mail for entry into the USPS. This role requires a valid Driver's License with the ability and willingness to drive a company vehicle, when necessary.

What You'll Bring to the Team: 

• 2+ years of production experience preferred 
• Knowledge of cut-sheet laser printing systems (B&W & Color) is a plus
• Experience with Bell & Howell Swing Arm inserters/Pitney Bowes high speed inserting equipment is beneficial
• Strong communication/people skills a must-have
• Familiarity with TQM practices/Six Sigma a plus
• Strong work ethic and dedication required
• Knowledge of USPS Postal regulations & mail sorting is a plus
• A strong mechanical aptitude required
• PC skills required
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs
• Must be detail-oriented and be able to perform QC/QA checks
• This is a working position
• Proven history of punctuality and a strong work ethic
• Willing to work flexible hours & overtime during peak production periods
• Ensure production delivers high quality and on-time mailing.
• Valid Driver's License and willingness to drive the company vehicle on occasion
• Ensure the facility adheres to safety standards and identify areas of improvement
