Number 5 out of 6 boys, graduated Oceanside High School (Go Pirates) in 1995. November 19, 1996 entered basic training for the U.S. Army Reserves. I have three military occupational specialties, Ammunition Supply, Military Police, Human Resources. Currently an E-8 Master Sergeant. Gained qualification of eligibility for the VFW 2004-2005 in Al Taqaddum, Iraq and again in 2010-2011 Bagram, Afghanistan. when not on active duty, works for the Corps of Engineers (build better than Seabees) as an Administrative Officer.
Currently a Gold Legacy life member, joining the VFW national at large at a Gun show in Costa Mesa, CA in 2005. Transferred membership to the Anaheim Post 3173 in 2012 once he and his wife purchased a home a half mile from the post. Father to three children, two boys and a girl. Carol, his wife, is an E-9 Command Sergeant Major and is also a Silver legacy life VFW member. He enjoys golfing, magnet fishing, motorcycles, and surfing.

Maintains membership in: Disabled American Veterans Chapter 23 (orange County) / American Legion Post 72 (Anaheim, CA).
