Ryan served in the United States Marine Corps from 1999 – 2008, Served 2 tours in Iraq from 2004/2005 & 2005/2006. Joined VFW in New Jersey before transferring membership in 2008 to California. Associate degree in criminal Justice and a bachelor’s in psychology. Ryan is a member of Oakdale VFW Post 2922, District 13, and a Lifetime member of Military Order of the Cootie Pup Tent 68.
