Description
Food Distribution Report – VFW Post 8547 successfully conducted a food distribution event to assist VETERANS and members of the Moreno Valley community. The event was completed over a five-hour period and provided much needed food assistance to approximately 100 individuals which included veterans and the community. The distribution was made possible through the dedicated efforts of 3 Post volunteers and 6 community volunteers who worked together to organize distribute and assist attendees throughout the event. The event demonstrated the strong partnership between VFW Post 8547 and community volunteers highlighting a shared commitment to supporting veterans and addressing food insecurity within Moreno Valley. The successful distribution reinforced the Post's ongoing mission of service to veterans their families and the community.
