Attended as representative of VFW Post local Sea Cadet unit that post sponsors for Capping and Pinning ceremony for sea cadet promoted to Chief Petty Officer at Navy and Marine Reserve Center San Jose (Note: this was our last year's Sea Cadet of the Year for this unit) -- Part of capping ceremony as honored unit sponsor representative. Held CPO cap and presented to retired Captain USCG/ father of Sea Cadet who performed capping and pinning. -P.S.
