| Description |
| On August 17 2026 received a message from veteran and wife needing claim assistance. The veteran is at 30% service connected and is in need of home care. I spoke with wife and had her contact her husband’s case manager to reevaluate the 30% service connection and see what can be done to increase the percentage. The wife has been in contact with the husband case manager and I have been following up with the wife to ensure her husband is taken care of. |
