Description
Performed two prison wedding ceremonies. To perform a prison wedding the Chaplain must travel to the Kern County Courthouse in Bakersfield to legally represent the incarcerated partner and secure the marriage license. Afterward return to the California City Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Immigration Processing Center.
