| Description |
| Assisted veteran who has claim being processed. Unfortunately his claim has stalled even though it is being processed under “at risk”. Veteran had C&P scheduled yet exam company (QTC) advised veteran exam came in incomplete and cannot preform exam. Veteran is at risk of losing home. VFW is his POA for his claim. Veteran advised he has contacted VFWCA offices for over 1 week without help. I advised of new phone numbers for VFWCA in Rancho Cordova. If VFW does not respond in 48 hrs I will forward veteran to DAV. |
