Description
On the date of August 9 2026 VFW Post 3208 recognized Sea Cadet Petty Officer 2nd Class Jesse Lugo of the Pasadena Division for outstanding leadership academic achievement physical fitness and service including maintaining a 3.9 GPA while attending St. John Bosco High School. Post 3208 presented Lugo with a VFW Certificate of Recognition and VFW Sea Cadet Medal.
