Past Post 3928 Commander Hector Fulgencio opened the Filipino-American 50th Anniversary celebration carrying the US Flag and calling all US Veterans in the audience come to the front stage and salute the flag as the National Anthem was being sung. Over 1000 people were present. This event was in North Highlands California.
