Description
1 member was at the Kern County veterans administration building parking lot in Bakersfield Ca he was going to attend a PTSD group session meeting with other veterans the member saw a homeless civilian sitting under the shade. The member had two bags of recycled cans and plastic bottles and donated to the civilian so he could have sell them and have a few dollars dollars and buy something to eat and drink. That was kind of our member for a small donation to the civilian.
