Description
While attending a Pasadena City College Veterans Club meeting as a guest members of VFW Post 3208 spoke with student veterans about the VFW’s mission of service camaraderie and lifelong support. The conversation centered on empowering the next generation of veterans reminding them that their service continues through community leadership and mutual support. Membership applications were distributed to interested students and several are already preparing their DD-214s for verification. This outreach strengthens our partnership with PCC’s veteran community and fosters a bridge between seasoned veterans and those just beginning their post-military journey. Notably the Commander of Post 3208 also serves as the President of the Pasadena City College Veterans Club reinforcing a united commitment to guiding mentoring and uplifting student veterans as they pursue education purpose and new opportunities.
