Post Surgeon(District QM) purchased and delivered and attended the twenty-fourth USS Cole (DDG-67) Wreath Laying Ceremony for crewmember SN Lakiba N. Palmer who was killed in the terrorist attack by Al-Qaeda against USS Cole a guided missile destroyer of the United States Navy on 12 October 2000 while it was being refueled in Yemen's Aden harbor.[
