Description
The post partnered with Siempre Unidos Los Angeles Compton Veterans from The Veterans Activists and various other block clubs and healthcare providers from the city of Compton. Together we hosted over 200 children and their families who were able to get school supplies food resources benefits haircuts and services from the Compton community. The post donated the post rental and also provided water and sodas for volunteers and guests. A total of 15 volunteers were on deck to assist with the event along with 7 post comrades on deck to support this back to school festival.
