Four members did the flag raising ceremony for Livingston's July 4th celebration. Put up in the morning and took down in the evening 13 US 3x5 flags and 1 POW MIA and 6 military flags at the Livingston Veterans Memorial in Livingston Memorial Park for July 4th.
