Description
A life member of the Ship saw a young veteran outside the VA on Wilshire as he drove passed the property. He turned his car around and asked the young veteran if he needed help. The young veteran fought in Afghanistan and was having a PTSD moment and was lost and overstimulated. The life member gave him a ride to Bob Hope Patriot's Hall and got him in contact with a VSO that inducted him in the VA system to receive benefits.
