| Description |
| Received phone call from VFW member in an after hospital care facility. The VFW Member did not understand a letter the V.A. sent him. As I have his Power of Attorney with the V.A. I logged on the VA.gov read the letter and explained the contents of the letter to the VFW member. I then assisted the VFW member by requesting an appointment for him via the MyHealthyVet website. |
