Description
Veteran called asking for help with his PTSD. Wanted to know if the VA would help. I made sure he didn't need immediate help which he said he did not just wanted to see if he could get into a program at the VA. Told him to call the VA and let them know what he was asking. He did and now is seeking counseling at the VA.
