Description
Partnered with multiple organizations and delivered Easter baskets to local veterans children and community members. This meaningful event was spearheaded by American Legion Post 348 Adopt An At-Risk Veteran (AARV) Incorporated Edwards Air Force Base and AT&T Pioneers with the generous backing of several sponsors. Three (3) comrades and over thirty (30) community volunteers transported four (4) vehicle loads of goods which included over ten-thousand 10000 candy toys and gift items. Together we led and supported two (2) volunteer assembly teams to create festive gift baskets and distributed more than seven-hundred-eighty 780 Easter baskets to local Senior living homes youth organizations and individual veterans—spreading joy and cheer throughout the community.
