Description
Opened Post for a community services activity to help our local Social Vocational Services chapter provide a bi-monthly recognition program for their clients. Social Vocational Services offer a wide range of quality individualized programs for adults with Developmental/Intellectual disabilities. They include Community Inclusion Career Exploration Supported Employment Supported/Independent Living Residential Alternative and Transportation Services. VFW Post 3000 let the above group have their recognition luncheon and entertainment in our back patio area. The Post donated the patio area and time from 09:00 to 15:00 hours for their event.
