Ronald Birks Senior Vice Commander and District 6 Chaplain attended the 9-11-2024 Ceremony at Bakersfield High School witnessed the Jr ROTC program. I spoke to the school Principal and several teachers and students and offered to help Sponsor their Jr. ROTC Program.
