Colleagues: Since we finished so near the top in last month’s Pepsi Refresh Project, they have kindly decided to include us in their July contest.
Although we had no idea that Pepsi would include us in the competition
for the month of July, we gladly decided to accept their challenge. After all,
don’t our troops and their families deserve another chance, too?
We have a great chance to win this time. So please keep voting all through
the month of July. Let family and friends know that we are still in the
running. With your help we can win $250,000 in July.

BULLETIN BOARD California's own RICHARD EUBANK will be sworn in at the National Convention in Indianapolis as 2010/2011 Commander In Chief. The Homecoming is set for September 9-12 in Reno, NV. Time is running out for rooms, registration, ads, golf tournament, etc. If at all possible, It is very important that every District, Post, Auxiliary, Pup Tent, individuals take out an ad in the Homecoming Memory Book to show our support for Richard. It is with much sadness we report that Shirley Rowoldt's mother - Arletha Simmons - passed away July 22 in Massachusetts. Her funeral will be Friday, July 30. Reminder from Nat'l Director, Administrator of Operations Kevin Jones - As was mentioned in the July 2010 National Headquarters Bulletin and in accordance with section 1401 of the National By-Laws, copies of the National By-Law, Manual of Procedure and Ritual amendments will not be mailed to each Post as in years past, but will be available on-line in E-membership beginning the first week in August. In addition to providing on-line through eMembership, we will e-mail all Departments and V-mail all Posts copies of the PDF that will also include the Index and “Be It Resolved” for all proposed 200, 300, 400 and 600 series resolutions to be presented.
